Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Four+ years in an operations environment or Ryder experience.
• Three+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with strategic labor, financial, operating, quality, safety and asset metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations management including work analysis, planning, scheduling, and workload balancing.
• Lead a management team; recruit, hire, onboard, payroll and succession planning.
• Manage customer relationships, ensure uptime, and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and oversee maintenance initiatives to meet financial targets.
• Direct asset management, 6S standards, and parts inventory oversight.
• Ensure quality and safety through audits, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
