US Foods, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Fleet to lead all fleet maintenance and safety programs. You will shape a culture focused on people, safety, service, and cost while directing technicians and coordinating with drivers and operations.

The role requires 5+ years in fleet maintenance and supervisory experience. You will manage budgets, parts inventories, warranties, and vendor relationships to ensure reliable, compliant operations across the fleet.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fleet maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of fleet compliance, safety, and DOT/OSHA rules.
• Ability to manage budgets, purchasing, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet maintenance and safety programs for all vehicles.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of fleet technicians.
• Manage parts, warranties, and budget to improve uptime and reduce cost.
• Collaborate with drivers and operations to ensure efficient, compliant fleet operations.
• Prepare reports and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for repairs and improvements.
