Corporate Resources of Illinois, Ltd. is seeking a Fleet Operations Specialist in Elk Grove Village, IL to support daily fleet operations.

The role focuses on maintaining vehicle records, processing registration and title documentation, and coordinating state changes with internal teams and clients. You will handle state changes, registration letters, and routine inquiries, while ensuring accurate records and timely processing.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, customer service, or order processing.
• Background in automotive, fleet operations, logistics, or vehicle administration is a plus.
• Previous experience in an office setting or a client-facing role is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process vehicle state changes by routing required documentation and following up on pending requests to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate vehicle registration and title records within fleet management systems.
• Receive, review, scan, and distribute vehicle titles, incoming mail, and departmental documents to the appropriate team members.
• Prepare and distribute checks for vehicle-related services and client reimbursements, ensuring all required documentation is included.
• Respond to routine inquiries from internal departments and external clients regarding vehicle registrations, titles, violations, state changes, and taxes.
• Prepare and distribute registration letters, departmental reports, and other recurring correspondence.
• Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill information requests and support daily fleet operations.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical files while operating standard office equipment and document management systems.
• Provide backup support and cross-training for team members, assist with special projects, and follow established departmental procedures and communication standards.
