Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4–7 years relevant business experience, or an associate degree plus 5–8 years experience, or 6–9 years relevant experience.
• Leads with strong safety performance and high-performance expectations.
• Proven ability to lead process improvements and technology-driven efficiency gains.
• Demonstrates root-cause analysis and diagnostic skills for fleet issues.
• Working knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Governance of fleet asset management, fuel levels, and regulatory reporting.
• Oversee retirement and disposal of fleet vehicles and manage vendor relationships.
• Coordinate data analysis, generate reports, and support performance metrics.
• Lead specialized fleet initiatives to improve safety, cost, and operations.
• Support disaster recovery planning and business continuity for Fleet Services.
• Manage vehicle licensing, registration, and warranty recovery processes.
• Provide database and application support for fleet systems and projects.
