Job summary

Medical Associates Plus (MAP) is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage day-to-day transportation and fleet operations for MAP vehicles, including passenger vans, maintenance vehicles, diesel fleet, and mobile units. You will schedule assignments, track vehicle use, coordinate maintenance, and arrange transportation for clinics, events, and mobile services, ensuring vehicles are safe, clean, and ready.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
Ability to safely operate MAP vehicles and coordinate fleet activities.
Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
Experience with email, calendars, spreadsheets, and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the daily use and scheduling of MAP fleet vehicles.
Maintain an up-to-date schedule for all organization-owned or assigned vehicles.
Track which vehicle is assigned, where it needs to be, when it is needed, and who is responsible for its use.
Coordinate vehicle availability for clinics, departments, special events, and mobile services.
Coordinate transportation for Saturday events and activities outside the normal workweek.
Monitor vehicle usage and identify scheduling conflicts before they occur.
Communicate vehicle schedules and changes to appropriate staff and departments.
