Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.
• Hands-on process improvement experience in a large enterprise or Fortune 500 environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills to organize, manage, and analyze data.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills with experience creating or maintaining SOPs.
• Strong communication and coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple processes and priorities.
• Interest in a long-term opportunity with potential to grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational processes for B2B fleet management.
• Coordinate vehicle ordering, delivery, and order entry within internal systems.
• Assist customers with vehicle registrations, renewals, and state changes.
• Coordinate vehicle repairs with external vendors and service providers.
• Support accident claims and vehicle-related issue resolution.
• Partner with internal teams to coordinate fleet-related activities.
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries and help resolve operational issues.
• Facilitate cross-team workflows and document SOPs.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and process quality.
• Maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Gather and analyze operational data to support decisions.
• Use Excel to manage data and support reporting.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations.
