Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with drivers and safety staff.
• Fill in for absent personnel and on special projects to optimize fleet operations.
• Train and orient drivers and staff, including customer systems.
• Analyze fleet operations, KPI reporting, and profitability for improvements.
• Manage payroll, counseling, and driver-related admin tasks.
• Coordinate maintenance and equipment readiness and safety issues.
• Plan loads, routes, and monitor freight to meet customer needs.
