• Fill in for absent personnel and support special projects to optimize fleet profitability.
• Learn to manage driver training and orientation, including systems access.
• Develop reporting and financial analysis to measure KPI and support customer requirements.
• Plan loads, route freight, monitor deliveries, and resolve service issues with customers.
