Under supervision, you will be trained to comply with DOT regulations, manage payroll and budgeting, and coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to plan, route, and monitor loads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Or High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of management/transportation experience.
• Willingness to travel regionally for account assignments and events.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build relationships with drivers and carriers for seamless operations.
• Cover for absent staff and support fleet optimization and profitability.
• Assist with payroll, budgeting, invoicing, and driver performance reviews.
