Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Transportation/Logistics, or Supply Chain, or 1 year in management/transportation with equivalent military experience.
• Willingness to travel to account, customer, and company locations.
• Ability to work across nights and weekends and relocate regionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain relationships with drivers and outside carriers to ensure productivity.
• Fill in for absent staff and support special projects to optimize fleet operations and profitability.
• Train drivers and staff on systems and processes; support customer systems and reporting.
• Plan and monitor freight movement, optimize routes, and ensure on-time delivery and safety compliance.
• Assist in payroll, budgeting, driver coaching, and creating operational or financial reports.
• Maintain yard operations and coordinate maintenance to keep equipment compliant.
