You will be trained to comply with DOT regulations and to oversee drivers’ compliance with company rules while coordinating with internal and external contacts to plan, route, monitor, and deliver loads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education or equivalent with managerial potential.
• Experience in management, transportation/logistics, or related fields preferred.
• Willingness to travel to account, customer, and company events.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain relationships with drivers and carriers.
• Fill in for absent personnel and support special projects.
• Train drivers and staff on internal and customer systems.
