Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of management/transportation experience.
• Willingness to travel to account and event locations when needed.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build relationships with drivers and outside carriers for new setups and productivity.
• Fill in for absent staff and support fleet operation improvements and profitability.
• Manage payroll, budget reviews, driver counseling, and pay issue analysis.
• Plan loads, route freight, monitor delivery performance, and handle service issues.
• Maintain safety culture and ensure DOT compliance across duties.
