Job summary

T3 Services Group in Austin, Texas seeks a Fleet Manager to oversee end-to-end fleet operations across multiple states. You will manage vehicle procurement, vendor relationships, telematics, fuel programs, maintenance, compliance, and accident claims, partnering with finance and local teams to drive cost-effective, safe, and reliable fleet performance.

The role emphasizes data-driven improvements, dashboards, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years fleet operations experience (multi-site preferred).
• Contract negotiation and vendor management.
• Telematics administration and driver behavior reporting.
• Fuel program controls and exception management.
• Maintenance program management and downtime reduction.
• Insurance claims management (auto physical damage).

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end vehicle procurement, specs, delivery timelines, upfitting, and deployment readiness.
• Coordinate vehicle upfits and accessories (GPS/telematics, racks, safety gear, branding).
• Manage rotation, replacement scheduling, and remarketing across channels.
• Partner with finance on capital planning, forecasting, and approvals.
• Own vendor relationships with dealers, upfitters, and service providers.
• Monitor compliance and safety metrics; drive cost-saving fleet initiatives.
• Provide dashboards and data-driven insights for operations and safety.
