Job summary

Trailboss Enterprises Inc is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager in Texas to lead the maintenance and operation of a diverse vehicle fleet, including SUVs and large coaches. You will oversee budgeting, regulatory compliance, and vendor negotiations to optimize uptime and safety.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in fleet leadership, CDL and strong MS Office skills, with a focus on DOT/OSHA compliance and cost control. This role is full-time and on-site in Harlingen, TX.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Transportation Management required.
• Minimum 5+ years of managerial experience in transportation.
• CDL and clean driving record preferred; background check required.
• Experience with fleet maintenance, inventory, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet maintenance program and ensure uptime.
• Negotiate repair costs and parts pricing with vendors.
• Maintain vehicle status updates and compliance reports.
• Prepare and monitor annual operating budget for fleet.
• Supervise fleet maintenance staff and inspections.
