Job summary

Dynamic EcoHome seeks a decisive Fleet & Asset Manager to own our fleet and asset-management function across Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston. You will build standards, drive governance, and own outcomes for ~60 vehicles and related assets.

This role requires experience building fleet systems, strong supplier negotiations, and a track record of cost control, safety, and regulatory compliance in a multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of progressive fleet or asset-management experience.
• Experience owning a fleet or fleet-management function.
• Experience supporting multi-location fleet operations.
• Ability to build/improve fleet systems, policies, reporting and controls.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, inspections, compliance, and asset lifecycle planning.
• Experience using telematics and driver-monitoring platforms.
• Proven success negotiating with vendors and reducing fleet costs.
• Experience managing fleet budgets, acquisitions, leasing, rentals, and asset disposition.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication with operators, vendors, and leadership.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between DFW and Houston.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable regional fleet-management strategy across Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston.
• Establish policies, controls, reporting, and operating standards for growth.
• Oversee ~60 vehicles and related assets, including maintenance and lifecycle planning.
• Coordinate vehicle assignments and deployments across markets.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and driver accountability across fleets.
• Lead accident response, risk mitigation, and policy adherence.
• Negotiate with vendors and manage cost controls and supplier performance.
• Maintain audit-ready fleet records and dashboards for leadership.
