TForce Freight is seeking a Manager, Fleet Operations to oversee a cost-efficient fleet, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage automotive assets. You will analyze fleet reports, develop action plans, and coach team members to meet department goals while maintaining safety standards.

The role focuses on optimizing asset usage, budgeting, and ensuring vehicles are properly licensed and maintained in line with regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising employees.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements and prepare budgets.
• Knowledge of mechanical fundamentals and fleet maintenance.
• Regulatory and safety compliance knowledge to reduce risk.
• ASE certification preferred per job requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
