Job summary

T3 Services Group is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee end-to-end fleet operations across multi-state locations. You will drive vehicle procurement, vendor relationships, telematics, fuel, maintenance, and compliance while partnering with Finance to ensure cost-effective, safe, and reliable fleet performance.

In this role you will produce dashboards and insights for operations and safety, manage a company vehicle program, and lead improvements in utilization, maintenance scheduling, and process

Qualifications

• 3+ years fleet operations experience (multi-site preferred).
• Contract negotiation and vendor management experience.
• Telematics administration and driver behavior reporting.
• Strong Excel reporting and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end vehicle procurement: ordering, build specs, delivery timelines, upfitting, and deployment readiness.
• Coordinate vehicle upfits and accessories (racks, bins, ladders, safety equipment, GPS/telematics hardware, cameras, etc.).
• Manage vehicle rotation, replacement scheduling, and remarketing/disposal (auction, dealer trade, or other approved channels).
• Partner with finance on capital planning, forecasting, and approvals tied to growth and replacement needs.
• Own vendor relationships and negotiations across: Vehicle dealers and upfitters; Wrap vendors; Rental programs; Maintenance partners; Telematics/fuel providers.
