Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager II for Fleet Services at Conestoga, PA. This role oversees location operations, labor planning, and customer service metrics to ensure on-time performance and safety across up to 350 units.

You will lead Supervisors, Technicians-in-Charge, and support staff while driving continuous improvements, cost control, and asset utilization in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three+ years in an operations environment or Ryder role required.
• 1–2 years or more Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor planning, scheduling and vehicle planning.
• Lead technicians, supervisors, and customer service coordinators.
• Monitor performance against metrics and budgets.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance with SOPs and company policies.
