Qualifications

• Four-year degree preferred in Transportation and Logistics or related field.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review driver calls to determine location and delivery times.
• Dispatch loads and provide directions, routing, and fuel details.
• Coordinate loading/delivery appointments with customers as needed.
• Promote safety and monitor driver hours for compliance.
• Support driver retention by meeting needs and providing motivation.
