• Ability to travel to account, customer, and company events when applicable.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends.
• Willingness to regionally relocate depending on account assignment.
• Preferred qualifications: experience managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with drivers and carriers to support setup and productivity.
• Fill in for absent staff and assist with fleet optimization projects.
• Assist with driver training and orientation and internal/customer systems support.
• Analyze KPI data and prepare customer reporting and financial analysis at customer sites.
• Manage yard operations and coordinate maintenance for account equipment.
• Support payroll, budgeting, invoicing and other admin tasks.
