Qualifications

• 5+ years of fleet maintenance management experience in transportation or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to manage multi-shift or multi-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage fleet operations and maintenance across multiple sites.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for a large fleet.
• Direct and coach maintenance technicians.

Skills

Fleet maintenance management experience

Knowledge of diesel engines

Proven leadership skills

Strong analytical skills

Knowledge of OSHA and DOT compliance

Education

ASE Certifications preferred (T2–T8)

Technical school graduate
