Job summary

Bulk Environmental & Industrial is seeking a Maintenance & Repair Coordinator to oversee fleet maintenance administration, repair orders, DVIR tracking, and vendor coordination in Ellenwood, GA. You will ensure accurate records, process PO/ROs, and keep maintenance moving.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in fleet maintenance administration, CMMS experience, and strong Excel/Office skills; attention to safety and DOT compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fleet maintenance administrative experience.
• Experience with CMMS and processing purchase orders and invoices.
• Knowledge of DOT maintenance requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, assign, and close repair orders in the fleet maintenance system.
• Review repair requests for completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor repair orders and minimize downtime.
• Process purchase orders and vendor invoices; match to repair orders.
• Maintain maintenance records and DVIRs; ensure DOT compliance.
• Coordinate with technicians and vendors for timely repairs.
