Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Three years of fleet, customer service, transportation, or related experience.
• Experience in a lead or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and leadership for the fleet and fuel programs.
• Oversee automotive fleet service, maintenance contracts, and vehicle/service agreements.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and program guidelines.
• Manage procurement, licensing, maintenance, and operation of fleet vehicles.
• Supervise contracted service providers and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain records for vehicle inspections, maintenance, costs, and insurance.
• Respond to inquiries and improve fleet operational performance.
• Oversee vehicle emissions program to meet federal/state mandates.
