Job summary

EMCOR Group, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the maintenance lifecycle of our fleet, schedule repairs, and ensure DOT compliance. You will update UDOT logs, manage vehicle registrations, and supervise drivers for pickups and deliveries as needed. This role supports our construction and facilities operations across Utah.

Strong organizational and Excel skills are essential, with prior fleet management and forklift certification preferred. On-site work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in fleet management and knowledge of DOT regulations preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet vehicle maintenance scheduling and repairs.
• Maintain DOT logs and related documentation.
• Coordinate vehicle registrations and disposals.
• Supervise and dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries as needed.
• Establish vendor accounts for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
