ADP, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Assistant to support the smooth operation of a specialized fleet, including bucket trucks, chippers, and heavy equipment.

You will coordinate maintenance, track usage, and assist in scheduling transportation to support dispersed field crews, while ensuring DOT and CDL compliance and cost efficiency. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills and experience in administrative support, with familiarity in fleet management practices.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing schedules and compliance records.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with field crews, drivers, and executives.
• Proven experience in administrative support or a related field.
• Familiarity with DOT and CDL regulations and fleet management software.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle and heavy equipment maintenance principles.
