Job summary

Revel Group, based in Knoxville, seeks a Fleet Manager to lead the fleet department and ensure park vehicles, transportation, and heavy equipment are safe and ready for guests. You will manage a fleet team, coordinate maintenance, control inventory, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

You will collaborate with Maintenance, operations, and external vendors to maintain vehicle readiness and professional fleet appearance, driving efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in automotive/vehicle maintenance preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fleet management or related roles; supervisory experience preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of vehicle maintenance, detailing, and repair processes.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and flexible availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repair, and inspection of park vehicles, transportation equipment, and heavy machinery.
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules to ensure fleet safety and reliability.
• Coordinate vehicle service with internal mechanics and external vendors as needed.
• Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, inspections, and vehicle usage.
• Monitor fuel usage, vehicle assignments, and operational efficiency.
• Supervise, mentor, and schedule Fleet Techs and fleet staff; oversee safety programs.
