Qualifications

• Experience with cargo vans, box trucks, or commercial vehicles preferred.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to identify vehicle issues.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and fleet management software is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening prior to employment offer.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily deployment of fleet vehicles to meet catering, meal delivery, and event schedules.
• Conduct inspections of vehicles to ensure they are clean, safe, and operational.
• Monitor vehicle mileage, fuel usage, maintenance schedules, and inspections.
• Maintain fleet records, registrations, insurance documentation, and service history.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and repairs to minimize vehicle downtime.
• Work with repair vendors and monitor repair quality and costs.
• Dispatch routes to drivers according to daily event schedules.
