Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to grow freight orders.
• Analyze freight and staffing demands and plan accordingly.
• Dispatch drivers to trailers and schedule loads for customer delivery.
• Provide delivery schedule information and driver packets.
• Monitor in-transit deliveries and keep customers updated.
• Review driver ETA and update schedules; perform data entry and reports.
