Qualifications

• 1-2 years of field operational experience or related management experience required
• Transportation, Logistics, and/or Tech industry experience a plus
• Comprehensive knowledge of DOT regulations affecting daily operations

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to generate high freight order volumes
• Dispatch drivers to trailers and schedule loads for customer delivery
• Monitor in-transit deliveries and advise on issues affecting on-time delivery
• Answer calls concerning deliveries, freight, pickups, or other customer issues
• Collaborate in-person with all levels of the organization to harness collective intelligence
