Job summary

You will interact with drivers, customers, and vendors, ensuring accurate paperwork and schedules. The role emphasizes strong problem solving, DOT knowledge, and proficient use of MS Word and Excel. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in operations or related management, a high school diploma, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment at our New Caney, TX

Qualifications

• Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma.
• Minimum of 1-2 years field operational experience or related management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to grow freight orders.
• Dispatch drivers and schedule loads for customer delivery.
• Monitor delivery schedules and communicate issues to customers and drivers.
• Enter data, generate reports, and ensure accuracy of trailer/tractor numbers.
• Coordinate inbound freight and pickups; manage vendor communications.
• Escort drivers through deliveries and update customers on ETA.
