Job summary

OLH Technical Services, LLC, a federal government contractor, seeks a Fleet Manager in Phoenix, AZ. Responsible for assigning vehicles, tracking fuel, and reporting fleet data to PMO; maintain UST certification and logs; coordinate maintenance, recalls, and safety compliance.

You will generate reports from Maximo or similar systems, manage fleet cards, support replacements, and provide on-call coverage as needed to support federal staff and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet management and logistics.
• Familiarity with Maximo or equivalent FMIS.

Responsibilities

• Assigns motor vehicles to drivers and tracks vehicle availability.
• Monitors fuel distribution and reports to PMO.
• Maintains UST certifications and compliance inspections.
• Keeps records of vehicle usage, mileage, and expenses.
• Generates fleet reports from systems like Maximo, FAST, and GSA Drive Thru.
• Coordinates vehicle maintenance, replacements, and risk controls.
