Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate automotive/equipment maintenance and fleet services.
• Monitor Driver Check Reporting System and forward violations as required.
• Notify fleet coordinators of vehicle safety recalls and ensure recalls are addressed.
• Maintain vehicle service records, receipts, and mileage logs; file reports electronically.
• Process fuel PIN requests and terminate pins within 48 hours as needed.
• Maintain spare keys at Central Office and update when vehicles are added or removed.
• Monitor No Fuel List and ensure vehicles are fueled within required timeframes.
• Assist with special fleet projects and duties as assigned.
