Job summary

SixT-US is seeking a Senior Fleet Assistant to support daily fleet operations, manage repairs, inventory, and documentation for our vehicle fleet. You will collaborate with the Fleet Manager and dealership partners to keep vehicles rental-ready and well-documented.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of administrative experience in automotive dealerships or car rental. Compensation includes an hourly rate of $24.20 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year experience in admin tasks in automotive dealership, vehicle registration, or car rental.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily fleet inventory checks and ensure accurate vehicle tracking.
• Assist Fleet Manager with scheduling maintenance/repairs, obtaining estimates, and coordinating with dealerships/body shops.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental, handling documentation, spare keys, and tagging in inventory system.
• Assist with vehicle disposal preparations, including condition reports and verifying equipment.
• Support accident reporting, subrogation tasks, and coordinate tag registrations/renewals for all vehicles.
