SIXT is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator at JFK Airport to manage daily fleet operations, coordinate repairs, and oversee work orders. Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless fleet operations with daily inventory checks and vehicle availability; coordinate with dealerships and body shops for timely repairs.
• Assist Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance/repairs, obtaining estimates, generating purchase orders, and organizing drivers.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental with documentation, decals, tags, and inventory system updates.
• Oversee preparation of vehicles for disposal, complete condition reports, verify equipment, and coordinate repairs.
• Monitor shift activities including vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and planning for future fleet demand.
