Job summary

SixT Fleet Support Administrator in West Palm Beach oversees daily fleet operations, repairs coordination, and inventory management to ensure vehicles are rental-ready. You will schedule maintenance, generate POs, and coordinate drivers to maximize fleet performance.

The role requires strong analytics, organization, and collaboration with dealerships and body shops. Uniforms and language skills are a plus; travel may occur up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical abilities to deliver data-driven insights for fleet operations.
• Highly organized with experience managing fleet inventory and repairs.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Willing to work 40 hours per week with 5–10% travel including air travel.
• Willing to wear a company uniform; multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless fleet operations by performing daily inventory checks, managing vehicle availability, and coordinating with dealerships and body shops for timely repairs.
• Assist Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance and repairs, obtaining estimates, generating purchase orders, and organizing drivers to keep fleet running smoothly.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental, handling documentation, decals, and tags, and adding to inventory system for customers.
• Oversee preparation of vehicles for disposal, complete condition reports, verify equipment, and coordinate necessary repairs.
• Monitor and track shift activities, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and plan for future fleet demand.
