Job summary

Pavion is seeking a Fleet Assistant to join our shared services team in Tempe, AZ. You will handle fleet requests, maintain records, and support reporting using Zendesk and our ticketing systems.

This role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and timely communication with drivers and managers. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and an hourly pay range of $23–$28, with starting pay based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years’ experience in an administrative support, customer service, clerical, or related role.
• Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Fleet Request Coordination: Monitor shared mailboxes, Zendesk, and other case management systems for assigned requests; process routine fleet requests; maintain documentation; follow up and escalate as needed.
• Fleet Systems & Records Administration: Maintain fleet information in management systems and portals; update driver/vehicle data; manage fuel card data and vendor portals.
• Reporting & Department Support: Assist with fleet reports and data updates; support projects and administrative activities.
• Other duties as assigned: Perform other duties as needed.
