Velocity Truck Rental and Leasing is seeking a detail‑oriented Parts Coordinator in Fontana, CA to manage branch parts and tire inventories and to support sales, service and operations. You will verify deliveries, create profiles, and maintain accurate records in the Fleet Management System.

Qualifications include 1+ year in parts/inventory and administrative roles, proficiency in Word/Excel, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of parts/inventory management experience.
• 1+ years of administrative experience.
• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and maintain quality.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to work in a high-volume fast pace environment with a customer service focus.
• Bi-lingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Verify parts deliveries and reconcile with invoices.
• Record deliveries in Fleet Management System.
• Create new parts profiles or copy profiles in inventory.
• Label parts and organize shelves.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and process invoices.
• Maintain inventory counts and filing system.
• Assist with rental operations: reservations, unit availability, insurance validation.
