Job summary

Bigham Cable Construction is seeking a Fleet Services Analyst to support asset procurement, disposal, inventory, and data integrity across the fleet. You will maintain records and ensure compliance while coordinating with the Fleet Services Manager.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to travel to field locations as needed. Proactive problem solving and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conducts Field Audit Inventory checks for Fixed Asset Database.
• Conducts gate check verification and crew inventory listings.
• Maintains database of trucks and equipment locations and operators.
• Data entry of records for fleet and equipment service and warranty.
• New asset verification and labeling.
• Assist in equipment requests and delivery processing.
• Promotes a strong safety culture and maintains quality standards in daily operations.
• Manages and reports physical asset locations and conditions to Fleet Services Manager.
• Monitors vehicles and equipment for risk factors per DOT/OSHA/ANSI guidelines.
• Tracks recalls, warranty repairs, and maintenance with vendors.
• Conducts periodic vehicle and equipment inspections.
• Analyzes fleet data to identify patterns and support operational narratives.
