Job summary

Hodge Western Corp is seeking a Fleet & Equipment Administrator to support the management of a growing fleet of heavy construction assets across multiple states. This in-office role reports to the Fleet & Equipment Manager and requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will maintain accurate records, update fleet software, coordinate transportation between project sites, and assist with registrations, insurance, and service histories.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations support, fleet coordination, equipment rental, or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of company-owned and rented assets, including locations and assignments.
• Maintain and update fleet management software, equipment databases, and tracking spreadsheets.
• Maintain accurate service histories, repair records, work orders, and warranty documentation.
• Track open maintenance items and follow up to help ensure timely completion.
• Assist with coordinating the transportation of heavy equipment, trucks, trailers, and support assets between project locations.
• Maintain organized records of equipment registrations, titles, insurance, inspections, and other required documentation.
• Support the Equipment Manager with DOT-related fleet documentation and recordkeeping.
• Assist with tracking equipment maintenance, repair, rental, fuel, and transportation expenses.
