Job summary

Everus Construction is seeking an experienced Fleet Administrative professional to provide exceptional customer service and support for fleet, procurement, and operations. You will assist in analyzing data, maintaining records, and implementing fleet programs across Everus Construction and subsidiaries.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the fleet team, documenting processes, and ensuring accurate reporting and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or office discipline or equivalent experience.
• One year experience providing administrative, accounting, fleet, procurement or related operational support.

Responsibilities

• Works under the direction of the Director of Fleet & Vendor Relations and collaborates with the Fleet team to provide responsive customer service and communicate effectively with fleet, operations, and purchasing personnel across Everus Construction, Inc. and its subsidiary companies.
• Assists with analyzing and reporting fleet and procurement transactions, costs, and operational data for Everus and its subsidiaries.
• Supports the development, implementation, and companywide adoption of Everus Construction, Inc. fleet National Account programs, including user guidance and training.
• Assists Fleet personnel with monitoring and maintaining vehicle and work equipment inventories, cost-allocation records, and related master data for all companies.
• Supports the administration and continued development of fleet policies and procedures and recommends improvements that enhance efficiency, reliability, safety, and data accuracy.
• Develops and maintains effective electronic and paper record-management systems for the Fleet Department in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Contributes to fleet forecasting, capital-budget planning, and related reporting.
• Assists with improving and documenting departmental processes, systems, and controls.
• Maintains working knowledge of applicable internal and external policies, procedures, and the Company Fleet Policy.
