Everus Construction Group, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Admin professional to support the Director of Fleet & Vendor Relations. You will assist in fleet data analysis, reporting, and the implementation of fleet programs across Everus and its subsidiaries.

The role emphasizes customer service, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with fleet, operations, and purchasing teams. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong organization are essential.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in business or office discipline or equivalent experience.
• One year of administrative, accounting, fleet, procurement, or related support experience.

Responsabilidades

• Works under the Director of Fleet & Vendor Relations to provide responsive customer service with fleet, operations, and purchasing personnel.
• Analyzes and reports fleet and procurement data, costs, and transactions.
• Supports development and adoption of fleet programs, including user guidance and training.
• Maintains vehicle and equipment inventories and cost-allocation records.
• Develops and maintains fleet policies and procedures to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
• Maintains electronic and paper record-management systems for the Fleet Department.
