Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a Fleet Mechanic III in Dayton, OH. The role performs preventive maintenance and repairs on a fleet of vehicles including diesel trucks, EVs, and forklifts, disassembling systems as needed, keeping accurate vehicle records, and managing parts inventory. You will mentor less experienced mechanics and support a busy, fast-paced shop.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm with overtime/weekend flexibility and competitive pay with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year or more of mechanic experience on a fleet.
• Must be able to work on all types of vehicles (diesel trucks, electric and propane forklift, etc...).
• Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Able to supply your own set of tools to perform the job.
• Willing and able to acquire the necessary certifications and licenses within the first year (ASE Heavy/Medium Duty, CDL A, DOT brake and annual inspection, A/C certification).

About the Role

• Will act as a mentor to the class I & II mechanics.

Shift and Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00am until 4:30pm or finished
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
