Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Fleet Mechanic to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a mixed fleet of diesel trucks, electric and propane-powered equipment. You will disassemble and overhaul motors, manage vehicle records, and oversee parts inventory with safety and accuracy in mind.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year or more of mechanic experience on a fleet.
• Must be able to work on all types of vehicles (diesel trucks, electric and propane forklift, etc.)
• Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Able to supply your own set of tools to perform the job.
• Willing and able to acquire the necessary certifications and licenses within the first year of employment, including: ASE heavy and medium duty certification, DOT CDL A, DOT brake and annual inspection certification, and A/C certification.

Job Overview

• Disassemble and overhaul motors, transmissions, clutches, rear ends and electrical systems.
• Complete all necessary documents, including vehicle records.
• Manage ordering and inventory of parts.

Shift and Schedule

• Tuesday through Saturday
• 11am - 7:30pm
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
