Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Dayton, OH seeks a skilled Fleet Mechanic III to perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on automobiles, trucks, trailers, vans and forklifts.

You will disassemble and overhaul motors, transmissions, clutches and electrical systems, and keep accurate vehicle records. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, owning a tools set, and obtaining ASE Heavy/Medium Duty, CDL A and related certifications within the first year.

Qualifications

  • 1 year or more of mechanic experience on a fleet.
  • Must be able to work on all types of vehicles (diesel trucks, electric and propane forklift, etc.)
  • Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Able to supply your own set of tools to perform the job
  • Willing and able to acquire necessary certifications within the first year (ASE Heavy/Medium duty, CDL A, DOT brake & annual inspection, A/C certification)

About The Role

Shift and Schedule
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00am until 4:30pm or finished
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

Requirements
  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
  • 1 year or more of mechanic experience on a fleet
