Job Title: Fleet & Office Manager

Reports To: Operations Coordinator
Salary: $21.00-25.00 Per Hour
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Fleet & Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vehicle fleet and office. The ideal candidate will ensure fleet maintenance, compliance, and efficiency, along with supporting administrative functions of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Fleet Operations Management: Oversee vehicle operation, maintenance, and scheduling to ensure availability and compliance.
- Vehicle Maintenance & Repairs: Manage timely maintenance, repairs, and inspections to reduce downtime.
- Budget Management: Develop and control the fleet budget, including fuel, maintenance, licensing, and insurance, implementing cost-saving strategies.
- Fleet Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs such as fuel efficiency, downtime, and usage.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure vehicles meet safety, emissions, and licensing regulations.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor service levels.
- Driver Management: Oversee driver safety, performance, and certifications, providing necessary training.
- Fleet Reporting: Generate reports on maintenance, fuel usage, accidents, and efficiency.
Office Management Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory and restock supplies
- Coordinate with vendors for office needs
- Manage organization, filing, and administrative tasks
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management
- Serve as liaison for internal and external contacts
- Handle correspondence and communication
- Support onboarding and office setup for new hires
Qualifications
- 4+ years proven experience as a Fleet Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of fleet operations and cost management
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in fleet management software and MS Office
- Understanding of safety regulations and compliance
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Preferred Qualifications
- Fleet management certification (e.g., CAFM)
- Experience managing large, multi-location fleets
- Experience with fuel management and route optimization systems
Physical Requirements
- Ability to inspect vehicles and oversee maintenance facilities
- Occasional travel to fleet locations
