Riverside Transport, Inc. seeks a drivers supervisor in Operations to oversee driver performance and serve as the primary link to drivers, ensuring effective communication of loads, maintenance, and company news.

You will manage a fleet of tractors and drivers, drive metrics like data entry accuracy, turnover, and on-time service, while coordinating with Safety, HR, Load Planners, and service teams to meet service goals.

Formación

• Associate Degree or 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Preferred: 2-year degree in related field.
• 3 years of experience in transportation.
• Demonstrates decision-making ability with little supervision.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as driver's supervisor and primary communication link to drivers.
• Manage drivers' performance across identified categories and be the primary contact for drivers.
• Coordinate with Load Planners and Fleet Managers to plan future workload and ensure service schedules.
