Qualifications

• Associate Degree or 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Preferred: 2-year degree in related field.
• 3 years of experience in transportation.
• Demonstrates decision-making ability with little supervision.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as driver's supervisor and primary communication link to drivers.
• Manage drivers' performance across identified categories and be the primary contact for drivers.
• Coordinate with Load Planners and Fleet Managers to plan future workload and ensure service schedules.
