Salary: Commensurate with experience and skills.

Job Overview: Responsible for Fleet Operations and Maintenance, reporting to the Corporate Fleet Manager and Region Vice President.

Accountabilities:

• Ensure compliance with monthly PM, annual DOT, and local inspections.
• Collaborate with Branch and Fleet Managers to meet budget expectations.
• Manage parts inventory, purchases, labor, and repairs in GMS software.
• Review GMS reports with relevant managers.
• Approve vehicle transfers and replacements.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure utilization of incentives.
• Review major repairs and schedule ongoing vehicle training.
• Maintain safe and clean shop environments.
• Assist in troubleshooting vehicle issues.
• Conduct annual fleet audits.
• Coordinate with branches on TPS Sentinel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions: Mix of indoor and outdoor work, chemical handling, fumes, noise, and regional travel.

Primary Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in fleet, automotive, or truck maintenance/management.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Operational knowledge of automotive tools and troubleshooting.
• Travel to branch locations required.
