Republic Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician A to repair and maintain diesel and non-diesel equipment, including chassis, refuse bodies, hydraulic and electrical systems, braking, engine, HVAC, suspension, and drive train components. Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a technician on heavy‑duty trucks.
• Ability to perform inspections and repairs on heavy truck systems (suspensions, steering, engine, transmissions, brakes, electrical, hydraulics, drivetrain, diesel emissions).
• LNG and/or CNG experience is a plus. Class B or higher CDL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains advanced knowledge of vehicle components and performs complex repair maintenance on‑site and on the road.
• Identifies malfunctions using electronic tools and completes company training programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned or apparent.
