Job summary

Republic Services in Pleasant Grove, UT is seeking a Maintenance Technician B to repair and service diesel and gasoline fleet equipment. Under supervision, you will tackle chassis, refuse bodies, brakes, HVAC, and other systems, both on-site and on the road.

You'll diagnose multi-system issues with electronic tools, perform preventative maintenance, and participate in training on new technologies. A CDL is a plus; ASE certifications are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Diagnose multi-system issues with technical expertise.
• Experience with gasoline and diesel equipment repair.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is required or advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and repair maintenance on the fleet both on-site and on the road.
• Repair chassis components, refuse bodies, and braking systems.
• Perform light engine, suspension, drivetrain, and HVAC work.
• Diagnose malfunctions using electronic tools and complete company training.
