Job summary

The Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Supervisor RC Maintenance to coordinate, schedule, and audit maintenance for tractors, trucks, and trailers across multiple sites.

You will lead technicians, manage safety, and drive cost-effective repairs with a focus on quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising daily shop activities, coordinating with managers, and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies while supporting after-hours operations and high-demand

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years of college/technical school.
• 5–7 years of work experience in fleet maintenance.
• Class A CDL at hire or within 90 days.
• Proficiency with SAP, TMW, and maintenance software.
• Strong customer service and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and audit day-to-day fleet maintenance, including preventative, mechanical, and electrical repairs.
• Hire, train, and develop technicians; manage relationships with managers, vendors, and customers.
• Supervise shop operations to maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs for tractors, trucks, trailers, and material handling equipment.
• Monitor parts inventory and control maintenance costs across locations.
• Ensure proper documentation and disposal of waste metals; manage contractors for outsourced repairs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and maintain customer focus.
